You can try this simple homemade muscle rub. Believe me, it works fast! It will quickly penetrate deep into your muscles and bring both a relaxing and soothing sensation. This has been my favorite things to use once my morning high intensity interval workout training (HIIT), is over, and it is very useful in reducing my headache pain and tension.
Total Preparation Time: 25-30 minutes
• 1/4 cup grated beeswax
• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 2 teaspoons cayenne powder
• 15 drops peppermint essential oil
• 2 teaspoons ginger or turmeric powder
• 15 drops lavender essential oil
• A glass jar
Gently pour all oils (except 2 essential oils) into a glass jar. Now place a saucepan with 2 inches of water over a low heat.
Place glass jar in this saucepan and allow all its contents to melt. You can stir contents to combine. Add ginger/turmeric and cayenne.
Once everything is combined, all it to cool. Now you can add essential oils. Mix everything well.
Now pour this mixture into storage containers or metal tins and allow to set.
