Every year our lifestyle changes and in the last few years it became faster and faster. With that in mind, our stress levels are getting higher and there is so much we can do about it. Due to that, it is important to learn a thing or two about stress because it will be easier to understand how to manage it.
Stress is out reaction to the environment and it is completely subjective. That means that most people experience stress differently. There are people who can’t fight the stress and there are people who have it under control in every possible situation. If you are one of the persons who can’t cope with stress in the best way, then I highly suggest that you start working on it the moment you feel it.
There is no such thing as “early” when we are talking about stress management. You can cope with stress from the day one; you just need to find a vent for your negative energy. There are numerous things you can do for that and I will introduce you to the most popular ones. For example, young women love to do the yoga and pilates as a form of anti-stress therapy, while young men are more comfortable in playing some sport – like basketball in their school or hang out with their friends in a relaxed atmosphere, playing the Harvard foosball table they got when they turn 21. Besides activities, people often relax with a good book or a good movie because those things help them separate their mind from the stressors like job, money problems etc.
Due to that, I have made this infographic which will help you learn more about stress, how to identify it and the most important, how to manage it.
