Cirrus Healthcare has recently released a new kind of drug-free treatment for migraine. The company has extensive experience in designing products related to barometric pressure. Building on that experience they are now promoting their earplugs to control weather related migraine.
These earplugs have been made using “latex-free, soft hypoallergenic silicone”. They’ve been suitably designed to regulate the pressure in your ears. In fact, they resemble “earplanes” (available both for adults and kids), which help travelers ease the pain during long airplane flights.
This name of the product is MigraineX and is to be worn for around 3-5 hours when there are significant changes in barometric pressure. These specially designed earplugs can block certain amount of noise (though to a much lesser extent than other earplugs). So, for you if they can somehow help avoid the pitfalls of weather changes, and lower the volume in environment, it’s great!
The manufactures also discusses a highly motivating study done with this product, although details are not visible on company’s website. But there are so many positive reviews about the product.
