There are many apple cider vinegar home remedies that you can use get some relief from migraine headaches. I’m discussing two of them. Try each one to see which one works best for you.

Bring equal amounts of organic apple cider vinegar (at least as much water) and amount to boil. Remove from the heat and place a towel on your head. Now inhale the vapors that rise from the bowl for about 8 minutes.
Mix two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar with some honey (to taste) in about 10 ounce glass of water. I mostly use hot water. Drink this mixture two to three times in a day. If you feel two tablespoons is too much, you can try this remedy with just one tablespoon.
